FAQ

Questions and Answers

How often should my fallbrook pool be cleaned?

To keep your pool clean and safe, it should be cleaned at least once a week. Regular service ensures your pool chemicals stay balanced and within proper parameters. If debris is left untreated or testing isn’t done regularly, chemical levels can fluctuate, leading to unsafe swimming conditions and even potential damage to your equipment. Without consistent cleaning and monitoring, things can get out of hand quickly.

How long does a regular cleaning take on site?

A typical weekly cleaning takes about 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the current conditions and size of the pool. During warmer months or windy days, service time may increase. If the pool is running well, properly balanced, and in great shape, cleaning time can be on the shorter end. In any case, we will always complete our full checklist of duties at every service.

What areas do you service?

Weekly service: Fallbrook, Rainbow and Bonsall. Leak Detection Service: North San Diego County and South Riverside County - Including Fallbrook, Rainbow, Bonsall, Pala, Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Escondido, Temecula, Murrieta, Wildomar.

What is the best way to deal with a green pool?

The best approach depends on the severity and chemical condition of the pool. In most cases, the pool will either be drained, refilled, and rebalanced, or heavily treated and cleaned using the existing water. Both methods involve filter cleanings, with water treatment requiring multiple filter cleanings. We follow a thorough process to attack and eliminate algae and bacteria, restoring your pool to a clean, safe, and swimmable condition.

Are the chemicals used for cleaning: safe?

Yes, we only use EPA-approved pool chemicals that are safe when handled and applied correctly. Whether it’s a salt system pool or chlorine pool, our technicians are trained to use the right dosages to maintain safety for swimmers while keeping the water clean and properly balanced.

What happens to my pool without regular cleaning?

Without regular cleanings, your pool can quickly turn unhealthy - especially in the warmer season or windy season. If equipment fails or chemicals fall out of balance, algae and bacteria can begin to grow. The longer the pool remains unbalanced or poorly circulated, the more severe it will turn green and unsafe.
